Remove TV from my plan

Hello! I currently have Internet + TV on my plan (out of contract obligation, paying month-to-month).

I would like to remove TV entirely and just keep the Internet.

I'm trying to go through all the ways online to customize my plan but there doesn't seem to be a way to remove TV entirely, just downgrade to fewer channels (or add additional channels). I do not want either, I'd just like to remove TV and pay for Internet only.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Hi there! You an always view available options at https://comca.st/3y2sPTr;  If you have a Double play and you're going to a single play, you would need to repackage as opposed to being able to remove a line of service from your current package. We can also take a look for you, we'll need the account information so we'll take this over to Direct Message to maintain your privacy. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
