Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@XfinityAlyssaA my issue is asking the same line but a little different. I was able to remove stream saver, but my Netflix account says it's still billed through Xfinity. How can I fix this? The virtual assistant is useless for my issue.

I have the same issue. When I followed the article to the "Entertainment Management" page, it only allowed me to Add the StreamSaver service again, and would not allow me to remove it. This is really frustrating. Removing services using xfinity website seems to rarely work.

How can I cancel the service, and what's the best way to get support on this issue?
