Remove Screensaver

I'm returning my box. Don't see why we are limited to watch a service we pay for. Refund 50% of my bill if we're sharing ownership / control of the device/ service. Thank you for wasting my time.

Hello and Good Morning! Thank You for taking the time to post, here on the Community Forum. Currently, the screen saver can't be disabled, but you can adjust when it appears in the device settings.  To access Device Settings:

-Press the Xfinity button on the remote.

-Highlight Settings (the gear icon) and press OK

- Use the down arrow on the remote to highlight Device Settings and press OK

- Use the down arrow on the remote to highlight Screen Saver and press OK.

- Highlight Screen Saver Starts After and press OK.
