Remove & Refund StreamSaver charge

I am being charged an extra $15 a month for NOW TV Latino. This is not a service I signed up for or use so I would like it removed.

Hi there @user_v5kfyt Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about an incorrect charge.  I'll be happy to assist!  Have you made any recent changes to your account? Perhaps the service was added in error.  We can definitely get that removed for you.

I haven’t made any recent changes to my account that I know of. Getting that charge removed from my plan would be great, thank you
