Remove overhead Xfinity lines to my house
Hello, my name is [Edit: Removed Personal Information]. We recently cancelled our Xfinity service. I would like to have the overhead lines removed from the poles to my house at [Edit: Removed Personal Information]. My neighbor would like to see if Xfinity would be able to follow the same path of the recently installed Ziply line as well, which is between our properties, for his existing Xfinity service.

To send a direct message:

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
