Remove outdoor Xfinity cables and box that are no longer used

I am no longer an Xfinity customer but the outdoor cables and equipment box are still attached to my house and are unsightly.   Please tell me how to get them removed.   Thanks.

@user_z5w832 Thank you for taking the time to reach out about the outside cable lines being removed. Are these lines currently presenting a hazard?

No the lines are not presenting a hazard.  One is a bit low from house to pole.

That's good, @user_z5w832! Thanks for letting us know. Have you happened to try submitting a ticket through our Xfinity Assistant yet, by chance? Customers and non-customers alike can often request outside work like this through that chat feature.

I tried, but the request ends up asking questions that are not relevant and I am unable to proceed further.  Please can I submit a work order ticket to remove my cables and box?
