Remove old wire from back on house

Hello there, I would need a technician to come and remove one of your old cable that goes through my backyard.

What would be the process for that ?

It's located in DC

Thank you

Hello, @Alakelele thank you for taking time to create a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and would like to help get the old line removed from the backyard. We have updated the Xfinity Assistant to be able to report an issue with outside lines, if you ever don't have time to reach out to us here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue.

Since I will need to gather some information to get the line removal request submitted that we don't want in our public conversation, when you have time please send a direct message.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
