Thank you for reaching out @user_2o7pgt Normally we do not remove lines from homes due to inactive services at the location. Were you wanting to see if the line can be moved to a new location? This may be a chargeable service to have a technician come out and see if that is possible but not guarantee the line can be moved.

user_2o7pgt Gotcha! WE an issue a ticket to our local team to assist with the line. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
