REMOVE FREE PEACOCK

I have been trying daily for over a week to get free Peacock off of my account. I don’t want it because it is preventing me from upgrading to ad free directly from Peacock (and I won’t be paying full price to Xfinity to do this when they should only be charging the difference between the free tier and the ad free tier). The fact that it is impossible to remove and impossible to upgrade tells you exactly who this benefit is benefiting. If it’s not off my account in the next 5 days I’ll consider a class action. Forcing someone to have a service they don’t want is unethical and not a way to keep customers happy.
