Remove drop wire to my house.

We no longer have Xfinity and we want the drop wire from the utility pole to our house removed. I  have called Xfinity twice and appointments were theoretically set up but nobody showed up either time. How do I get someone to come do this, or can I just cut the wire myself?

@user_9nkmcq For non-customers we have a ticket we submit for these request that gets a job scheduled. Let's double-check that this was properly handled the last time you tried and see what we'd need to do to escalate it. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address we want the line removed from.
