Remove devices from WiFi

user_mc1chh Thank you so much for reaching out for help with removing unknown devices. The is not an forget all options to avoid customers disconnecting devices they did not intend. With that, we recommend [setting up a profile](https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-wifi-devices-my-account) for each device you know, and then the remaining devices you can access one at a time to pause if needed. Once the device is paused and disconnected, go back into its Device Details. Select Forget Device.

We would also recommend updating your Wifi password to make sure any devices not currently connected are not able to reconnect to your network without that new password.
