remove choice tv

I saw on other posts like mine that I need to start by direct messaging support, but can't find the chat icon the posts comments talked about. Someone mentioned making a post was important to this so here you go. 

How can I just change my plan to Internet only? Just trying to remove Choice TV.

@Dr3whaha thanks for making the post. You are right it is very important that you first make a post in the forums as others may have the same or similar issue and can benefit from the solution. 

When you want to make a plan change we will need to do a full account review with you and therefore ask you to come into direct message. Tosend direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
