Remove Choice TV and switch to 2 Gig internet

I'm looking for assistance removing Choice TV from my account while keeping my internet service.

I currently have an account specific offer displayed when I manage my plan online for 2 Gig internet at $115/mo for 5 years, with a 5-year price guarantee, no annual contract, unlimited data, and Wifi equipment included. 

I contacted Xfinity sales chat, but they were unable to access the same offer and referred me to the rentention/loyalty team. I am unable to call at the moment and would prefer to handle this through direct messaging if possible.

Can an Xfinity representative please assist me with completely removing Choice TV and applying the 2 gig offer currently displayed on my account? I have screenshots of the offer if needed.
