Remove Cable line

I have cancelled my Comcast service and would like to arrange to have the cable from my house to the telephone pole removed as well. It is hanging almost on the ground after a storm this week.  Thank you for your help.

I'm glad to see the ticket I created had quick movement and we now have this in the hands of the awesome technician experts to get the line addressed.
