Remove block from address
My service was canceled because the previous tenant at my new address was sent to collection. I uploaded my driver's license and lease agreement, but was told my address will still have a block in place.
I provided documentation to prove I'm not the last tenant. I have nothing to do with any collections for xfinity.
I have been without internet for a week now. I keep being told to "wait 48 hours".
