Remove Aerial Line

Hello,

I am not a current customer. I need the aerial line removed from my house for some upcoming construction work. We will not need the line replaced afterwards so a removal only is just fine.

How can I get help with this?

user_q3nype Hello, and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I understand you need an aerial line removed from your property for upcoming construction, and you won't need it replaced. We can definitely help you with that, even though you're not a current customer.

To get this removal scheduled, we'll need to gather a little information from you. To get started, can you please send a direct message with your full name and address?

Christy, thanks for the reply. When I try to direct message your user name, the system says it cannot find you as a user even when I type it directly as shown. Can you message me directly and I can reply?

I am so sorry, I forgot to provide you with the instructions on how to do that. Please see below.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
