remove add ons

How do I remove the Xfi Complete add on from my bill? What changes will I see in my internet connection when the add on is removed?

We can help you swap from xFi Complete to a standard gateway rental. Go ahead and send a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address. We'll see you there!

•Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

@XfinityTony​ Thank you. I would really love the chance to speak with someone about the differences between xfi complete and a standard gateway rental. Are there differences in services and/or pricing? Also, are you able to call me to have a conversation this?
