Removal of old overhead cable data line

When I moved to my current location about 3 years ago, Xfinity connected me with a new cable in the ground.  Now I need to have some work done on the back of my house.  The contractor said that Xfinity should have removed the old overhead line when the new underground cable was installed.  But it is still there and needs to be removed.  How can I get this scheduled?

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
