Removal of old exterior wires

Hello. I need to schedule a technician for an 'unassigned drop wire removal.' There is an abandoned Xfinity coax drop line running from the utility pole directly to the siding of my home. It is no longer in use, and I need it completely disconnected from both my house and the pole, then safely removed from the property. Can you please create a ticket for an exterior line technician to take this down? Thank you.
