Removal of Inactive Overhead Comcast Line – Construction in Royal Oak, MI

Hello, I have purchased a new home that I am adding on to and will need an inactive overhead line removed for construction. I will be running an underground conduit for future service to the home. There is no active account associated with the house but I plan to transfer my current service to this new home when I go to move. Please let me know how to get this overhead line removed. Thanks!
