Removal of exterior cables and box from home.

Hello, I discontinued my Xfinity service earlier this year and at that time, the agent assisting with this told me that a service tech would be out to remove the cabling and box from the exterior of my home.  Six months later and it is still there.  I have tried calling but have been unable to connect with a live person.  I would like to have this taken care of.  Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out @user_8511ef We do not remove wiring or the pedestals from homes. Did you want to see about relocating? This is a chargeable service visit to survey the location and doesn’t guarantee we can relocate the line. It would be a non-refundable charge to have a technician visit your home to determine if we can relocate the drop.
