Remote

Good morning, 

I need a new TV remote, the one I currently have just recently became dis functional. 

What do I need to do? Currently we can’t change the channel or do anything.

Nope. Without a working remote their "TV boxes" are only useful as paperweights. So consider getting two remotes so you have a spare. Test the spare to make sure it's working, then remove the batteries (so they don't cause corrosion), and maybe store it with a copy of the programming instructions from https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/programming-your-xfinity-remote.
