Hey there, @user_0rna3v. I hope your Xfinity services have been working well for you other than this Xfinity Remote issue. Have you gotten the chance to factory reset the remote? Check out our remote article and about half way down the page provides step-by-step instructions on how to reset each version of our remotes. Have you attempted to replace the batteries? Even thought you may have opened the remote out of fresh packaging, those batteries could have been sitting on a shelf for quite a while. The remote may not function properly if the batteries are low on power.
