Remote won't change channels
Just one tv has an issue tv remote.wont change the channels. Power works volume works. Tried new batteries. Unplugged the box. No other remote works.

Good evening @user_1ssxeb. If you head over to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/remote-xr2-or-xr5-buttons-do-not-work, it'll walk you through the steps to reset your remote. Give that a try and let us know if it works for you.
