Remote no longer lights up except if a button is pressed.
I checked batteries - they are 100%. I've reset and re-paired. That didn't help. I need a new remote and would like one shipped to me.

@tallbarb I'm sorry to hear your emote has stopped working. You can pick up a replacement today at any Xfinity retail store by using this locator https://www.xfinity.com/local/index.html.
