remote is broken

hi, my TV remote spontaneously stopped working. I put new batteries in and only lasted a total of three days. it seems as though i need a new remote is that is something that can be sent? thank you.

We can either ship a new remote directly to your home or you can drop by one of our XFINITY retail locations to pick up a new one. To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary
