user_5d2yl5 - Thank you for reaching out to us here for help with your remotes! If you ever expienicne an issue I always recommend trying a facotry reset of your Xfinity remote. This will erase the connection between your remote and TV Box, so you’ll need to pair them again afterward. You can pair your Xfinity Voice Remote again by saying “Program remote” into the microphone button.
