Relocating the next door neighbor's overhead cable line.
Hello- I am in the Miraloma Park neighborhood of San Francisco , and I am undergoing construction at my house. There is a large power pole behind my house, and it appears that my next door neighbor's overhead cable lines run diagonally across my backyard. I have asked the neighbor whether we could move those cable lines so that they are parallel to our good neighbor fence, so that they do not hit my new upper level decks, and they are supportive. Can you let me know what the process is to have those overhead cable lines moved?
