Relocate underground service line

A year or two ago, Verizon was installing their FIOS lines down our street.  They managed to cut my Comcast service line in the process.

Comcast resolved the issue quickly; however, they installed the new line over my septic drain field and my septic tank.  Now, I need to do repairs on my septic system, but I can't start that until the Comcast underground service line is relocated.

I went this route with the forum, because the automated phone system and automated chat makes you jump through a bunch of hoops before you can talk to somebody, and the "health and safety" option didn't really seem appropriate.
