Hello @user_hjcelf We can schedule a tech to do a relocate job. There is a one time $100 fee with those visits that would get charged to the account if we come out.
Have you attempted to plug in the modem to that outlet yet? If not give that a shot. If the outlet is active the service should restore itself in a few minutes. If not the outlet needs to be properly connected outside.
