Hello, @user_x9u42c thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for support, and want to help with the request. I did want to help get the proper expectation set up that our technicians no longer run wall fishes inside a home. The location where the modem is being moved to, would the technician have access to existing wires in the wall for an outlet installation?

Yes. The fiber needs to be relocated to another location in the house.

How soon can they come out? It is urgent   Thank you.
