Relocate exterior wire

user_ys95z5 Thank you so much for stopping in for help with our lines. To be sure, I am on the same page. Is Seattle City Light a local utility? Are there access issues, or did they provide a reason for the relocation? For the relocation, we would start with an on-site survey to see if it can be done and there is a fee for that, so I would like to make sure.
