Hello.  There is an unused Comcast Grant of Easement on the property. We are selling the property and the buyer wants the easement removed from title.

Thank you for providing further clarification, @HWeiss. Since the easement is unused at this time, have you recently contacted your title company to see if they're able to remove it from the title? Or were they the ones to confirm that Comcast currently owns the rights to that part of easement? We're in a tricky spot since we don't have any equipment or lines needing to be removed or relocated (one of the main ticket request types our team can submit on your behalf), but we'll do whatever we can to help figure this out for you!
