Reissuance of expired gift card

Hello,

I am writing to request assistance with a promotional Visa gift card I received as part of a previous offer.

I still have the card, but it has expired (unfortunately noticed it today :( ) . The funds on the card were in the full amount. Would it be possible to reissue the card so I can utilize the balance?

I see that you mentioned the card has expired but has not been used. We can certainly assist with submitting a ticket to see if the gift card can be reissued.

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
