Reinstate my tv service

I had my tv on seasonal as I went back to wisconsin in May of 2026.  I called a week ago to reinstate the TV service effective Oct 6th which is my next billing period.  I see my new bill for this month is still at $20.00.  It's supposed to be 65.98.  Was the change not processed?
