Reimbursement

Your technicians came to my house to bury a phone line and cut into our septic tank line. We called you guys on May 18 and you told us to have a plumber fix it and you would reimburse us. You told us to send pictures in a video which I did that day. You can go back and listen to your phone records. The guy said he would reimburse me right away, I have fought with you guys to get my money back and still you guys have not reimbursed me! I am going to seek legal advice, at this point I’ve talked to probably 10 people and everyone says it’s still being reviewed, what is there to review I sent in the proof you guys told me you would send me a check and never have!
