I have the same problem - I got this coupon code as I was checking out (in a popup), but there is nowhere to apply it when checking out. feels like a scam

I got the same code MC50 for a $50 virtual Mastercard / VISA card (Can't recall which). It was a "Complete your sign up today" incentive.

Did anyone get this resolved? I was offered the same thing a month ago. I have chatted with Xfinity 2-3 times and been on the phone with them for 40 minutes today. This is getting absurd.

I was also offered the MC50 incentive code but upon checkout it was removed from my cart. I called both general customer service and the rewards center and they were unable to help. It's not a good look for Comcast Xfinity to outright lie to their customers in the initial sign up process about an incentive they don't intend to honor.
