I have been suffering through months of emotional and mental distress caused by Xfinity mobile, to the point where it’s affecting my health. If you read through my previous tickets, you’ll understand the nightmare I’ve been through.
First and foremost, I want to move to another mobile provider. But your system continues to block me from doing so by claiming I’m not a customer. I can’t proceed to the transfer stage. Connect my account to your system properly and provide me with a transfer code so I can move on.
