Regional Sports Fees and Poor customer service

Why have the Regional sports fees increased 1. At all in a contract and 2. by a little over 75% in the last two months? This is not what I agreed to and while I've been told that it can go up whenever because it is a fee that is somehow controlled by Comcast but outside of the contract language. I would also like to formally file a complaint with a supervisor Faithangeli who has stopped responding to me on this matter.

During the life of your contract, your bundle price should not increase.  However, equipment fees, taxes and surcharges are not included in that bundle so will increase from time to time.  So, yes, you did actually agree to that.
