Regarding my upcoming price increase
Hi I just noticed that my monthly bill is going up to $95 starting next month, which I can’t afford. I’d like to explore my options:
1. Keep my current internet service but return the rented modem.
2. Switch to a plan that keeps my bill within $5 of my current price.
3. If neither of these is possible, please proceed with canceling my service.
