Regarding a phone call from Comcast Infinity

Thanks for reaching out to us,  Xfinity does not make a phone calls to discuss any type of billing related issues just on a random whim or to offer promotional offers. That most likely was some type of scam. If there were any type of offers that were going to be specialized sent out to you, you would get notification from Xfinity in your e-mail and you would see that information listed on the detailed itemize PDF billing statement that you can access on the xfinity app
