Refurbished Modem

I received a modem today. It is definitely in poor condition. Scratches all over the unit, grime in the crevasses.

Omg I've gotten 3 modems with wifi issues it is horrible. No one wanted to help, I have a tech coming tomorrow, I have full signals and the speeds are 7mbps on all these [Edited: "Language"] modems. And my modem looks like it was dropped they just don't care how they package or if these modems are working at all. Goodluck getting anew one because I am not getting one at all.
