Refunds

I've been trying to get my refund of 45.29 since December 31 2024. I keep getting told it's in the mail. I have called 4 times. Everytime I get told a different story. I had service shut off December 31 2024 this is February 16 2025 and still don't have my refund. I was told first it was refunded back to my bank then was told it was sent in a repaid card and the next story that it was sent in check form and would receive in 30 days but still haven't received anything

To send a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
