REFUND!!!!!!!!!NOW

Hi. I cancelled my xfinity both phone and internet (also returned all equipment to your store) at the beginning of this month. And just got charge for $47. I need a refund pls 

I have no idea how to get in touch with a human, it’s impossible

user_dzgr20 Hello there. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our bills are sent up to a month in advance, and it was already generated for this month. The system automatically sends the bill out, even if you cancelled. We can take a closer look at your account, to make sure everything is up to date.
