Hello, user_0l316i! Thank you for reaching out to us here for assistance with your refund. I'd be happy to provide some information on how the refund process works.

A refund returns money to you, typically through the most recent payment method on file. If that payment method is no longer able to accept refunds, we'll use an alternative refund method. You may be eligible for a refund if you:

Paid more than the amount owed
Made a duplicate payment
Have a qualifying credit balance on a disconnected account
Canceled an installation and are owed a deposit refund
Returned an Xfinity Mobile device within the 14-day return period

Please keep in mind that any outstanding balance, including charges for unreturned equipment, may reduce or eliminate the refund amount.

For refunds of $500 or less:

We'll first attempt to issue the refund back to your original payment method.
If that's not possible, you'll receive an email from notifications@refunds.xfinity.com with instructions on how to claim your refund online.
If no email address is on file, or the refund isn't claimed within 15 days, a prepaid card will be mailed to your service or billing address.
Prepaid cards typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days.

For refunds over $500:

A check will be mailed to your service or billing address.
Checks generally arrive within 5 to 8 weeks.

Refund processing begins only after all requirements have been met. In some cases, refunds may take longer if we're waiting for equipment to be returned, payments to clear, or final charges to be applied to the account.

If you're expecting a refund claim email, please be sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk folders.

For additional information about refund eligibility, refund types, and processing timelines, please review our support article on Xfinity refunds and ensure your contact information is up to date in your Xfinity account. Included below are a few articles with more information and complete details. I hope this info helps!
