Thank you for reaching out here. The only option for any assistance with that NOW Wi-Fi service is through the https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?intent=inva.chat?vaderIntent=NOW_WiFiPass site. NOW Wi-Fi Pass is a standalone product sold outside the Xfinity ecosystem.
