Refund

I canceled my Xfinity services and want a refund from the bill that I just paid. I am willing to pay the past due amount, but not the rest. You are billing me for services that I am not receiving. Dealing with Xfinity has been a complete nightmare and although I have been a customer for over 20 years, I am canceling everything including TV channel lineup streaming service, Internet, and two phone lines.  It has taken me months to even cancel because it’s impossible to speak to anyone.
