Refund
I have gone through so much with Xfinity and I was promised two $60 credits because of everything I’ve gone through I received one $60 credit and the girl said to call back the following cycle to get the other one. She said she documented it and now the supervisor Customer Service is saying that there is no documentation. I need a Regional Director to get a hold of me
