Greetings @user_2wazok, thank you for posting on our Xfinity Forum! We apologize about the experience you're having. To better understand what might be going on, we’ll need to know which product or plan was purchased this morning around 9:14, as availability and functionality can vary depending on the offering and location.

Once we have that information, we can better address your concern.

In the meantime, you can review how refunds are generally handled here, What-To-Expect-With-A-Refund-From-Xfinity.

The xfinity now for a month. There is a hotspot right across the street, which I was told wasn't working so I asked for a refund they told me to wait and try for a refund later.

@user_2wazok, Thank you for the additional details. We understand how frustrating this experience can be, especially when nearby hotspot access isn’t working as expected.

To clarify, Xfinity NOW Internet is a prepaid service. Once the service is activated, refunds or prorated credits aren’t available. If the service has not yet been activated, you may be eligible for a refund by canceling before activation. More details can be found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/now and

Please also note that NOW Internet isn’t supported through our Forums or by phone. Support is provided through the NOW AI chat, which can help answer questions and assist with your service: https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant.
