Refund

How do I go about getting a refund after paying for my now internet service and it hasn't working in over 30 hours. I've spent multiple hours troubleshooting with chat and even had a technician out for two hours just to say my account is the problem. Yet again to be sent to the storefront and they said that they couldn't help me either. Im at a loss.

I would recommend reaching out through the Xfinity app chat for further escalation on the services issues with the account.
